Best dealer ever to buy vehicle Sales manager Armando was absolutely fabulous.

I found my car online, and went down to the dealership to check it out. The salesman Bryce was super friendly! There was no pressure to buy once I explained that I was not prepared to buy that night. He gave me his contact and met me there when I went down a second time to make an offer....and although I left that second day without a deal, (his boss wouldn't accept my offer), he followed up and we ended up buying the car for a great price on a third visit. It took all day to get everything worked out, but Bryce was easy going and professional, as was Hector in Finance. Despite the long wait, (and less than impressive work on the part of the carwash), I can say the wait was totally worth it and I LOVE MY CAR.

My husband and I were referred to Ivan at Honda of Downtown Los Angeles and now we know why! Ivan was the perfect person to sell us our car. Not only was he patient, informative, personable, and helpful, he was REAL. I felt that he truly cared about getting us a car that night and he understood what we were looking for. We explained that we needed a car after my husband's had been stolen as well as our intent to soon start a family. He did everything he could to get us a GREAT DEAL! Everyone there was really nice and we walked out of there with an amazing 2017 Honda CRV - completely fit to start a family :)

I am a first time buyer and it was very stressful looking for the perfect car for me. UNTILL! I saw the Honda commercial. I was let me go see what Honda at downtown is all about. I met Mili. She was awesome. She showed me the cars and gave me details about the cars. When i had questions she answered them even though somethimes i think i asked the same question again and again But beacuse it was such a great deal. She was never pushy about the sale.. I told her what i needed and what my budget was.. She showed me my options and Bing! Bing! Bing! The bell went and Wooohooo! I went with my new 2017 Honda civic LX. I am suppers happy and in love with my car and would gladly recomend friends and family to meet up with Mili and Downtown Honda.
