Sawgrass priced my purchased vehicle extremely well, and

Sawgrass priced my purchased vehicle extremely well, and didn't add on ANY of junk fees other dealers try to slip in! It was exactly the purchase price, the Sales Tax, and the ACTUAL registration fees.

I have been a service and repair customer at Sawgrass

I have been a service and repair customer at Sawgrass Ford for nineteen years for my 2006 F-150. while I am generally not a fan of car shopping , when I decided to explore the 2025 Maverick , Sawgrass Ford was a natural starting place . My wife and I walked in back in May and immediately met Sales professional Xavier Ruiz . Xavier was the epitome of the professional, courteous , no pressure representative of Sawgrass . He showed us vehicles in stock, presented options and gave us all the time we needed to think and prepare . We ordered a 25 Maverick Lariat Hybrid AWD in May knowing it might take some time for delivery . Xavier and Tyler at Sawgrass kept us informed of progress and we took delivery on Sept. 6. It's a beautiful truck and thus far we are thrilled and will continue our relationship with Sawgrass Ford .

This is an amazing dealership.

This is an amazing dealership. Plenty of staff to help you out with your needs and concerns. It is a one stop shop with friendly staff. It is always a pleasure to do business here! I always take my vehicle to get repairs at the quick lane service. Pricing is always well within my budget.

They have a great facility.

They have a great facility. Xavier who sold the the truck and Kris the manager were awesome. I had a concern and brought it into service and Oscar took care me quickly. All concerns addressed I feel this dealership is the whole package.

If I could give this place a one star I would.

If I could give this place a one star I would. If you are planning to come here for work done and this “it’s ford, they are the best!” DON’T! I choose this shop from my insurance. I took it and the people were very nice in the beginning. A part was not correct so they asked me to come back later to finish it. Took a couple weeks but I went back when the part was there. They kept my truck there for about 2-3 days and then told me the part wasn’t the right size and that they were going to order a new one. When I say WEEKS went by with absolutely no communication I mean weeks. I had to call for updates. They understood I was getting upset and I felt like they were being so sarcastic to me when answering my questions. Finally made an appointment and it was “done” 5 months later. Here’s the problem. The part they fixed was my grill. The first time they fixed it I said hey the lights aren’t working on it when it’s replaced can you make sure they are working? Guess what’s not working again? The lights. I have stains on my truck from them circling dings in my paint. The wiring is all screwed up. Now to top it all off… when they replaced the grill with the new grill, they just unplugged the old and plugged the new one right in. No taking everything out and putting it back to make sure the grill works. And they left the parts right there under my hood. I opened it up a week later to put water in for my wipers and it was next to my engine is EXACTLY where these people left my parts. I drive from Miami to Davie every day how is that safe???? Completely unprofessional people. They don’t communicate. They don’t care to work correctly. They throw you to the side. Awful place to get work done.
