Very pleased with my recent experience at Longo Toyota and with Lizette. Lizette was very kind and warm when helping me with my new car, she even went above and beyond when she was honest about my car incurring a small scratch while Longo was preparing the car to deliver to me by taking responsibility for the scratch and taking care of everything by setting an appointment to have the scratch repaired and even threw in black decals for the car which she knew I wanted for the car. Overall even with the inconvenience of the scratch Lizette was helpful, took care of the issue, and made me a satisfied customer. Will be recommending Longo to anyone who mentions wanting a Toyota or Lexus, and will be a returning customer as well. 10 out of 10 experience

Lizette Vega was outstanding! I was searching for a Rav 4 Hybrid around the dealerships in my area. I was beyond frustrated at the pressure and treatment I received. I have a credit score over 800 and was ready to put down a significant down payment, but the dealerships around me wanted to overcharge me. I had a family member and friend tell me to call Longo Toyota before I gave up for the day. When I spoke with her on the phone, she was very professional and honest about the current inventory. I felt so good about the phone call that I stopped shopping around and decided to give her a chance. When I pulled into the dealership that day, she showed me the different car options and pricing. I ended up choosing a Rav 4 Hybrid and felt great about it. Lizette Vega also kept me updated on the delay in shipping. I had friends who said a dealership close to them had the car on their lot, but because of the treatment, professionalism, and great vibe I got from Lizette Vega, I chose to stick with this car purchase. I am so happy I did she was fantastic!

Longo has a great team and provided me with great communication to keep me informed of the shipments from Japan. Though the necessary paperwork was numerous, the team got me through it. Lizette Vega, was especially kind and efficient in giving me a test drive, reviewing all the options, and making sure I was comfortable through the process. The Finance team also got me through quickly. Special shoutout to Doug Eroh who let me know of the Hydro Blue I was looking for!
