The rep was upfront and did not play games. He was respectful and polite. Working with Scott Lan was easy and clear. He specified exactly what Longo Toyota offers and he was putting everything in writing in the email. That gave me confidence that I’m not wasting my time and he means what he says. Overall it was an easy, clear, and pleasant experience shopping at Longo. In addition the financing rep was not pressuring trying to sell other things and he was respectful and helpful. We're happy to read you're enjoying your beautiful Tundra, but as you know choices by the Federal Reserve affect the benchmark rate which has a domino effect on the cost of vehicle financing. Although a driver’s rates depend on several factors, including a borrower’s credit history, term length, vehicle type and more. Increased inflation means higher interest rates for drivers even with perfect credit. Everyone's feeling the pinch in California.
