Mike, Kevin, and Louis were excellent! They were easy to work with, no high pressure to buy tactics, and we got the car the same day - something I didn't expect to happen! They were the low price seller but didn't act like it. Kevin, especially, worked hard to answer all our questions and my wife is a tough cookie when it comes to making a deal but she was happy. I purchased a 2023 Prius Limited in Cutting Edge. The wait was long, but well worth it! Local dealers are charging a hefty up charge over MSRP and I refuse to be part of the price gouging. My purchase at Longo Toyota went smoothly, I was updated about my place on the waiting list and when my car came in, the transaction and delivery went without a hitch. I inquired about ordering a '23 4Runner SR5 Premium (without a moonroof) and Kevin Lam, the Digital Sales Manager, said that the one I want is impossible to get because of some excuse about COVID shortages and that the factory in Japan is only sending out what they want to make and not what the dealerships/customers request via their builds. I then suggested that it has to be possible to find a SR5 Premium in the color I want without a moonroof. Kevin then had the audacity to tell me that I can call the factory in Japan if I want and ask them myself. To which I said no thank you, I will just take my business to another dealership. He then said, that I will call him back in 15 minutes when I realized I was wrong. I was shocked at the cockiness of Kevin. I told him that I work in sales and while he may think he is using an effective sales strategy with me, I assured him it backfired. I thanked him for his time and let him know that unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will find a different Toyota dealership to purchase my new 4Runner
