Over all is ok, the only thing I am not happy is the intake person who has no knowledge about the car that I have then refereed to manger, but manger said that this issue ( dash display is dark) is normal and lots of ppl have the same issue . Maybe due the to dimmer control which I don’t think is related to that. Honestly I will think my car should be checked or stated in writing so that technician will know and maybe is the software gitch.. I hope that this should be reflected

When our consultant, confirmed that your display was set to maximum brightness she wanted to consult with our manager, Matt, who explained how the brightness adjusts automatically. After entering the Longo, The gentleman who directed

After entering the Longo, The gentleman who directed which lane to be on for service (appointment, CARE, etc) was kind of rude. The rest of the way was fine
