I was in for a headlight replacement and new front and rear wiper blades and rather than leaving my car all day, the service person suggested just waiting. I was there for less than an hour and on my way. Worked well.

Courteous, efficient and helpful staff that went out of their way to make the experience a positive one. The scheduled service was completed in less time than anticipated, and two other issues related to the vehicle were very satisfactorily addressed.

Third car is the charm
I bought three cars from Delaware Subaru - and the level of expertise with regard to knowledge and transaction should set some type of bar. A really high bar. The salesperson Jim went out and found the car I requested with all the correct options. I thought it would take him a few months - it took days. The gentlemanly way he handles his customers should be taught as a standard; the way he returns calls and updates progress is great both technically and personally. If there is an added item or accessory you need or request, he finds a way to make sure all concerns are addressed.
