Excellent Service Provider

Service Department

Steve is my service rep and it's a real pleasure dealing with him. He always greets me by name and is very helpful in answering questions I may have. The type of service that Steve and Ron show to customers is hard to find at dealerships today. That's part of the reason my next Cadillac purchase will be made at Delaware Cadillac. Thank you.

What a great experience!

Great service

They are always timely in providing their service. They take time to ask additional questions before the service and then thoroughly explain everything that was done after completion. They provide a clean comfortable area for customers to wait while their car is being serviced.

Great service!

There is a feeling of welcome and concern about whatever the car matters are. I was there for a regular checkup and it took a little less than an hour. I was also able to charge my phone while there with their charger!

Did not have to wait. Staff were curteous.

It was fine. Got out in a timely fashion. Staff was courteous. That's all folks. Not much else I can say.

Airbag recall service

Very friendly personnel at the service desk. Noticed How clean the facility was. Felt area for dropping off car was limited.
