He let me experience the car I was interested in without pressure to buy. The car sold itself and Gary's attitude sold the dealership. The dealership was also clean and pleasant. I will recommend Delaware Subaru to everyone.

The work is done within a reasonable time frame, the staff is always helpful in recommending which service is needed. The shuttle service is great.

The service department cares about my car. They are very nice and kind to me and work with any needs I may have, however I truly believe that they want to keep my car running in the best possible way just as I do. They offer advise on how to improve my car through work in the shop and through my general care. I am 44 and never have I trusted a car mechanic/service rep. Although I do not speak with the mechanics, I trust what is said and believe, the service rep. Although the service rep's job is to make money for the dealership. I feel he is trying to help me and my car more. I guess this helps the dealership also because I doubt I look any place other this this dealership when buy my next car.

The services are provided in a modern, comfortable building. with large windows so you can observe the mechanics making the repairs.
