I have purchased a car from and had my car serviced at Diver Chevrolet. I have found both experiences to be some of the best purchase and service experiences I have had in over 45 years as an auto owner.

during C D K outage they cancelled my oil change because
during C D K outage they cancelled my oil change because the service writer on Saturday apparently cant write that well. go to martin Honda people. service rarely turns anyone away as they are striving to meet everyone's needs during the outage. WHO CANT WRITE OIL CHANGE ON A TICKET. ITS JUST THE OLD SCHOOL WAY OF DOING IT BACK WHEN I STARTED. IM TRADING MY CAR IN SO I HOPEFULLY WILL HAVE BETTER SERVICE.

Diver Chevrolet is just simply the best dealership I have ever dealt with -- I picked up my 2024 Chevrolet Suburban today, my 11th Suburban since 1993, and, as always, the process was seamless -- I sorely missed my usual visit with Rich Diver this time but his legacy lives on through the expert help and guidance of David Gershman in Sales, Tom Reale in Finance, and Doug Diver.

Nice staff
Everyone was nice, came in for a check engine light. They started out by changing my oil and couldn?t find anything else at this time. I will go back if needed. Glad they weren?t trying to get me to do unnecessary work done to my car. They were great and put air in my tires also.

Diver Chevroleet
I had a broken rear hatch strut & made an appointement for Jan 17, however, Dave Witmer (my service advisor) suggested I get the truck in now and he might be able to fit me in (Jan12). He was able to get to me Jan 12, the work was completed & I was on my way! Can't ask for any better service then that.

I took my 2015 Chevy express van for a noise in the front
I took my 2015 Chevy express van for a noise in the front end they put on two upper control arms and a front end alignment in doing so they punchered my right front tire on the lift they said the mechanic left his tool on the rack they purchased a new tire and installed it mean while they scratched the rim of my custom rim and lost the hub cap and mounting screws now because of the front end work they did I now have a death wobble the front end shakes bad if you hit a bump in the road I took it to another front end shop I’ve used before where they did another front end alignment and found the right upper control arm was never tightened also I might add they over charged me in the parts I called there parts dept to check on the price it was 368.00 diver charged me 419.00 same part I also call nucar parts dept 368.00 I guess they are trying to recover for the tire they had to buy other customers told me and this was after I picked up my car who were there picking up their cars they told me you better check out the work also two employees also said the same this place is bad and my van still is not right please find another dealer to take your car to one more thing no one n the service dept was around to answer any questions about the work they did when I came to pick up my van please check the work before you drive your car home be safe thank you also I will never take my car there again nor would I ever recommend this place

Exceptional service
I recently purchased a 2019 Buick Encore from Diver . I would just like to say the whole process was awesome. Clay Wessel was the reason. He went above and beyond to assure this was a smooth, easy process. From driving the car to me to test drive .. to picking me up the next morning to go complete the deal. He’s a gem !!!
