Went in for oil change and fuel filter during work hours....
Went in for oil change and fuel filter during work hours. When my truck was finished the service writer told be that the truck needs to be washed before coming in or it won't be worked on. Which it only had a little bit of mud. He stated the technician had a big mess and had to clear the mud from the under carriage to service the truck. He charged me $80 extra. When I checked the under carriage nothing was touched but oil filter and the drain plug. The fuel filter was under the hood/engine bay. It was a false charge. Also you can tell the technician was mad by the comment he put with lots of exclamation points. Carwash thinks my truck is a construction vehicle so they won't let me wash it. The service before this one at the same dealer I asked for tire balance and he wanted to charge me $200 surcharge to clean my tires to perform tire balance so I refused the service. There was nothing on my tires!! As an advice wash your vehicle before going so you don't get falsely charged. For service: that is why they invented seat cover, steering wheel cover, and floor mats. So you don't dirty customer vehicle.

2018 Chevy Traverse high country
This place is more than happy to sell you a car but don’t ring it back for any type of repairs unaccomadating to say the least. Well unless you have been buying cars from them for many years. I am from west grove pa and was told by the Chevy dealer I should find a dealer closer to my house to fix repairs 😳 I can say this is my 1st Chevy purchase and will be my last in the past 10 years I have purchased at the least 8 cars this was the absolute worst experience with their top of the line vechicle! Unprofessional no customer experience or satisfaction to say the least!

Not worth buying a car from here
If you are buying a car from Diver don’t do a used car. They sold me a lemon and are willing to avoid calls. They say they will pay for repairs and they don’t. They are making people feel unsafe and definitely don’t deal with Doug or Jodi. They don’t care about people just making money.

Great Experience
Trina Moulton was great. Was patient and respectful with and older person with some difficulties. She made the process a wonderful experience answering repeated questions and made sure the purchaser understood and then told them they could come back to her as frequently as they needed to ask questions.
