The sales staff was friendly without being pushy. We had a great experience test-driving and purchasing a truck. They allowed us to test drive with our whole family (without a salesman) to get a feel for the vehicle. The financing process was slow, but they kept us updated on what was happening while we waited. I would recommend Paramount Kia for used vehicles to anyone.

From the moment we met David Hoover and Randy Rosenbalm on the lot it was a great experience! The 2019 Kia Optima Sport caught my eye from the start and I walked away from it since the sticker price was way more than I wanted to spend. David assured me we could get it in my price range without hesitation. Test drive was great and David was knowledgeable about all the features! I had financing when I walked through the door, but Kia was able to get a lower rate for me. The whole process was as smooth, fast and enjoyable as car buying can be!

I called Caleb Motley about a vehicle they had on the lot. I was able to negotiate with him and come to an agreement. I paid a deposit onver the phone and came up from out of state. The vehicle was as advertised, no bait and switch . They had the paperwork ready and we were in and out . Thanks for the great service and courtesy for my time.
