Friendly, Professional Service

By far the most helpful car buying experience

We had by far the best car buying experience with Paramount Kia of hickory all thanks to our sales man Michael Blackwood. He was so helpful and made sure to do right by our family. He took the time to go over what we needed and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. We appreciate him and Paramount Kia for working with our family and making sure we were taken care of. Excellent customer service!

Best Experience Yet

Everyone there was very nice and helpful! Will gladly come back. I enjoyed my experience there! Tim Whitener, and Michael Blackwood were a great help. Michael had called me in the morning and helped me figure out my situation, then came in later that same day and got a brand new car!

Fantastic experience

Cathy was warm and welcoming. She listened to what I wanted. Put me in a 2019 Rio and I loved it!! Drive it off the showroom floor. Bought it!!!Test drive went great. Borrowed the money from my friend until my funding arrives

2019 Sorrento is beautiful!

Caleb, David and Michael were extremely easy to work with. Would highly recommend Paramount KIA in Hickory. This is my 2nd lease and both have been with Kia of Hickory. The team worked well together to get me into something I loved and kept me at the payments I wanted.

New Car

With no intention of getting a new vehicle, when I stopped by Paramount to have the ac/heater fan checked, in about an hour I was in a brand new car with the little perks I desired and only slight increase. So glad Paramount is a season sponsor for Hickory Community Theatre, and this is the reason I visited them the first time. Thanks Tim for your honest and helpful assistance.

2017 Subaru Crosstrek

I'd been searching for a Crosstrek for some time and was lucky enough to find a pre-owned one at Paramount Kia in Hickory NC. I'm grateful to Jaq Chambers and David Hoover for the upbeat salesmanship. I know how busy everyone is during this time of the year and these two really went above and beyond in order to reach my goals! Overall I saved quite a bit and received some awesome incentives. Best experience ever

I came in with less than perfect credit and a used car upside down. Michael showed me a Kia Soul. It was relaxing to sit in and drive. Michael clearly explained each step of the buying process. He gave me an aggressive trade-in value. He got me into a brand new 2019 Kia Soul when I expected to be abruptly shown the door once they saw my credit. Michael was the most polite salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Will definitively recommend Paramount Kia and Michael!!!!
