Great Experience and Salesman
I knew I wanted a Kia Soul and my Mom recommended Paramount Kia in Hickory. We went down this past Saturday and from start to finish our experience was great. Our Salesman, Michael Blackwood was genuine, sincere and very professional. He walked us through the process and I got my Kia Soul! Phenomenal Work
The guys down at paramount Kia made sure I was treated with utmost importance, and made sure to answer every question I had. Michael in particular was my salesman and did not let me leave until I was satisfied with a new car that was perfect for me. He didn’t just treat my like a customer, but treated me like family and that’s the kind of experience I want when I’m making a big decision like buying car. Awesome Dealership
This is my place of business to go to for my car needs and repairs. As always, the sales people were awesome. They were courteous, very knowledgeable of information about the car I was interested in that day. Although I went in just to refinance my present car, they had my best interest in mind -- a new care with a lower payment. I would give this dealership and salespeople -- including the service department my utmost praise! Chris Gallegos and David Hoover were awesome employees!
