Wonderful experience
We bought our first brand new car today from Michael at Paramount Kia and we had a wonderful experience. For the past 3 weeks he has helped us to find the right car for our family and today Hewalked us step by step through the features of the cars and answered all of our questions (in which we had a lol). We will definitely be back and will buy again from Michael.

Amazing experience buying a car, and awesome staff
Had an awesome experience buying a car, very friendly service, very helpful, wonderful to work with, they made it very simple and easy. Micheal Blackwood was amazing salesman, and him and his staff did outstanding at helping us with our sale. I wouldn't go anywhere else, they're great !!!

Kyle is a Amazing Service writer
Let me just say Paramount Kia in Hickory is top notch. I called Chris in sales and told him I had to get a car to the Dmv by 445 pm he told me to see Kyle he would make it happen . When I got there at 403 pm I told Kyle I needed a oil change also. His comment was not if your going to leave here at 445 let’s get the inspection done and schedule you for a oil change and do the recalls later in the week.. his main concern was getting me to the dmv not making a dollar. My car was returned to me at 428 pm . This goes along way with me Chris told me to ask for Kyle and he would make it happen and that he did. This goes a long way most dealers want to make big profits before I would go to any other dealers I would not pass up Chris in sales or Kyle in service these guys are like super hero’s at least in my book they are..

Wonderful
No pressure. Up front honest explained everything about the car warranty and the paperwork. Great experience friendly people. Wonderful sales rep and office personnel too.
