Lamont was a great salesman & answered all my questions. I traded my Honda Accord & was given a great deal on a Honda CRV hybrid. David Salinas & his Dad were so helpful & friendly. I would definitely purchase here again.

Great company! Will buy again when I need a new car. Sales was wonderful. Price quoted over the phone and within my budget. The car I wanted was not at the dealer but they tracked it down and delivered it to me at my home. Truly a painless process. So glad I chose Salinas Honda to do business with.

I want to preface this review with the fact that we originally had a great experience with our car salesman Christian, but unfortunately, the finance manager Aaron has completely ruined that good experience. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone and I personally will not be giving them my business in the future. 7/8/26- my wife and I came in to look at a car we saw online. We were greeted by Christian. I would like to make it clear that Christian was awesome to work with. He was not pushy, he gave us our time, let us drive the vehicle without him and was able to answer all of the questions that we had about the vehicle. Christian deserves a promotion and a raise. He was extremely laid back and easy to work with. We sat down, discussed pricing, and made a deal. From there, Aaron came out and quickly had us sign paperwork. We left with the car. 7/14/26- We get the welcome packet email from our financing company. Log in, set up account etc. to my surprise, the total loan balance was much much higher than I expected. $4,000 to be exact. I reviewed the paperwork I got from the dealer and lo and behold, there was a $2,800 extended warranty and $1,200 gap insurance added to the deal. Again, we take some responsibility as we signed these papers without thoroughly looking at them. However, Aaron did not mention a single word to me or my wife about the warranty nor the gap insurance. He snuck the two forms in the middle of the 20 other forms we were signing in a very shady manner. We understand that Aaron gets incentives for making the extra sale, but this felt extremely slimy and predatory. Unfortunately that’s not where the issues with Aaron stopped. I tried calling the dealer multiple times that day. Aaron’s voicemail is full. Extremely unprofessional. I called back to leave a message with the operator. She said he’d call me back, he was busy. End of day comes, no call back. Even more unprofessional. The next day, I start calling again around 10AM. Left multiple messages with the operator for Aaron and no call back. I finally call and say I will wait on hold until he is available. All of the sudden he is available! Hooray! I explained to Aaron that we were frustrated because we were never told about the add ons and they were just slipped into the paperwork. He never acknowledged this, and did not offer any sort of apology for adding $4000 extra dollars to our loan. He only said I had to fill out two forms, they’d send it to accounting, and it would be filed with the bank so the money would be taken off my loan. Aaron said “I’m looking at your profile and information now, give me 5-10 minutes, I’ll send you the forms, just sign and email back to me.” 12 hours plus later, no email from Aaron. It must’ve just slipped his mind… So I get in my car this morning, drive over an hour to the dealership to make sure it’s done in person. Aaron wasn’t in, Chris helped get me the proper forms to complete and gave me a copies. Did the finance department get them? Did they send them to the bank? My trust is now shattered with this dealership and I’m very frustrated that a good experience turned bad because a finance manager thought he could sneakily make a couple hundred bucks instead of actually trying to have a discussion to sell us the extras (which is his job). Experiences like this one are why no one trusts mechanics, salesmen, dealerships, etc. Read this review, this is exactly why they all get the bad rap that they do. Predatory and shady tactics to add thousands of dollars onto a deal. As stated above, Mckenney Salinas Honda has lost my business and my recommendation.

Took my car in for an issue . My appointment was at 7 am - literally had a rental car request and nothing. I approached the service desk at 8 am after waiting and they said they have driven my car and there was nothing wrong. The service tech did not want to ride with me to observe what I was having an issue with. Awful experience !

Lynn, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive for your appointment, especially with a rental request, and not have things go as expected. This is not the level of communication or service we strive to provide. Your concerns regarding the wait time, lack of clarity, and not being able to properly demonstrate the issue are taken very seriously. We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right and ensure your concerns are fully addressed. Please reach out to us directly and ask for management so we can review your visit in detail and work toward a proper resolution for you. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

It was a very easy process to bring in my end lease vehicle to the dealer to turn around and purchase the vehicle. Thank you, Mr. Lamont!

Quick easy process. Salesman and finance man were exceptional in my opinion. I hate the buying a car process and these guys made it pretty painless today. May be one of the best experiences I’ve had in buying a vehicle.
