Great Experience!

Jeff Schliecher was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make us feel like valued customers. I would recommend him, as well as the finance manager, Frank Marcurella, to everyone who is looking for a used car.

Customer service done the right way!

I bought this car (a 2017 Ford Focus SEL) from this dealership. They have performed all the service done so far. I have an independent mechanic closer to home that I visit when my other car (a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee) needs work. But I am sticking with Rob Sight for the Ford.

Great Customer Service

They always take care of any problems that arise. I have purchased many vehicles here, and I always have them serviced here as well. I appreciate everything that they do for me, whenever I have a problem they always resolve it quickly and to my satisfaction.

Very straight forward buying process

It was for the most part good, but I didn't expect to hear that I have an engine oil leak I wish that would have told me where the leak was located and how could it be fixed, hopefully in the future, we can get the oil leak fixed

Great customer service

Response to my online inquiry was prompt. Once I arrived at the dealership Matt was very patient with my questions regarding all aspects of the purchase. Terry explained all of the nuances of the car that I wasn't familiar with such as the paddle shifters and the auto start-stop technology. The part I generally dread - financing - was thoroughly explained by Frank. He outlined all my options and explained each, answering my questions in terms I understand. At no time did I feel pressured to add on options that I didn't want. This was a great car-buying experience.

No hassle car purchasing

We purchased a car from this dealership and found the sales person (Tim Smith) very easy to work with. He keep in touch with us about the car we were interested in and he was very understanding when we made a change to the car we wanted. I liked purchasing a car from this dealership.

Good used car experience

I purchased a 2016 Mustang GT from Rob Sight on April 19. The process was smooth. The salesman, Michael Taylor, was very helpful. I had a lot of questions and requests and he was able to take care of all of them. I paid cash for the car which made the time with the business office very quick and pleasant. The only negative comment I'd make is they offered a very low amount to purchase a Mustang I had to sale. I sold that Mustang to another dealer at a much better price and went back to Rob Sight to purchase the 2016. All in all it was a good experience.

professional service
