I can't say enough positive words about my experience at Randy Curnow GMC in Kansas City, Kansas. I was in the market for a new Sierra 2500 SLT pick-up, but ended up in a Denali instead. Based on a referral from a mutual friend, I ended up working with one of the General Managers, Bugra Durban on the deal. He made sure to get me top dollar for my trade, and also the maximum discounts available on the Denali. I felt like I had Bugra's undivided attention. When it came time for me to come to the dealership to take delivery of my new truck, Bugra was not available, so I was put in the good hands of a very capable sales associate, Robert Hurst. Even though this was my first time meeting Robert, I felt like I was his top priority, and had worked the deal with him from the beginning. Robert took great care of me and made sure to make the delivery process as efficient and quick as possible. When it comes time for me to purchase another vehicle, I'll be sure to make Randy Curnow GMC one of my first calls. I will definitely request that Robert assist me with the buying process.
