Dont get attracted by their offers. They try to give u best offers and even take credit card deposits from u and once u go there they dont offer u the price they told you. I am not Kidding these guys are cheaters.

We were greeted by the dealer Javan.. He is friendly and intertain us well. He did good in explaining what is the best card to get. The car is nice and it drive smooth.

My boyfriend and I finally were sick of driving his jeep and more importantly paying for the gas. We live about a mile from the legends Toyota dealership and decided to go up there on Sunday. We had the Prius in mind. We looked around at the used cars and saw one we liked. Then we were greated by Joe Demoss and let's get this straight, everyone cringes when you go to buy a car and the dealers come walking out. I know them when I see them. He isn't your typical "car salesman". He honestly just seems like the guy next door, very nice and not pushy. We had no idea what the Prius came with or how to even turn it on. He took the time to show us every single detail. He also treated me (being a woman) with a lot of respect which you don't really see when it comes to anything that has to do with cars. He was wonderful to work with. We went and looked at a different dealership also the next day and they offered us more on the trade in then the legends initially offered us. The legends then offered us the same amount on the trade in. The car was priced better at the legends so we went back. We also really wanted to go back and work with joe because he was bending over backwards for us. The only negative thing I would say is for the finance team, they should really not try to steal cars from people and actually offer a legit price for their trade in. It would also be easier on the sales people because I know joe was really trying to get us a good deal. All in all, we are very happy and hope to work with Joe in the future.

Joe Herrera was very friendly, thorough, strong customer care and always available. Toyota has a very good reputation so we decided on the new 4Runner.

Joe was very helpful and seemed to sincerely want us to have the vehicle we wanted that would fit our needs and budget. He answered our questions honestly and did not pressure any of our decisions.

My husband and I went to Legends Toyota on the recommendation of a friend to drive a Toyota Corolla not knowing if this is what we were wanting to purchase. JaVan met us on the lot and told us about all of the great things Toyota has to offer. He was very patient with us, even when we told him that we wanted to go test drive another car that we had been giving thought. I get a little nervous dealing with car dealerships and their sales people. However, after 20 years of buying cars, JaVan made this the best car buying experience that I have ever had. He was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to make this a great experience and helped me to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. We showed up on a Saturday night with the intention to just look at a new Prius. Bill was the first sales representative we met and we couldn't have asked for a better one. We felt comfortable and in no way did we feel like we were being pressured. He was super friendly and like a previous review stated it was like you were buying a car from a friend. We felt bad for keeping the staff late, but not once did we feel like we were being rushed. They were glad to help us and that is why we would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. And we most certainly would recommend buying one from Bill Cantrell.
