The people are great to work with everyone was very nice. The process was relatively fast. I have a problem with built in costs that are not negotiable. Document fees and mandatory warranty costs for example.

This dealership is nothing but a bunch of crooks! My wife took the truck in for oil change and this greedy lowlifes took advantage of here lack of knowledge and uphold her on a bunch of stuff not needed. This piece of crap service tech even told her we need new tires and their is easily 20k miles left on them!

I had a great experience with their service team when I needed to have the transmission replaced in my truck through the warranty company. They made the process much easier by keeping me informed every step of the way. They answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain the process and what to expect. I really appreciated their communication and willingness to work with the warranty company to get everything taken care of.

The dealership is really well represented by its people. I spoke with Matt on my first service and he was great explaining everything including how the dent protection warranty that they sell works and even walked around the truck explaining. While I was waiting I worked with the parts manager on ordering a part. I do not know his name but he has helped me on different occasions and has that same customer mentality that I have come to expect. Both deserve high marks
