Outstanding Service

Justin Garth is the Sales Person to get with, hands down... Not only did he help us purchase a car about 6 months ago after our car was, unfortunately, wrecked but helped us again just this past weekend. He was very patient and in tune with all of our needs that we had discussed with him and had great options available to offer us. Justin Garth along with his team (Brandon Blond, Jason Dodd and Will Thompson) were very understanding to our situation and was able to get our financials figured out in a much smaller time frame than we had expected. Lee's Summit Honda is definitely a place that I am going back to buy my next vehicle!!!

Great car shopping experience!

Justin Garth was our sales person last Saturday afternoon when we bought our civic. He’s very nice and helpful! We left knowing we had bought quailty car from a person who knew what he was doing and was very knowledgeable about the car. Very satisfied with our purchase!

Honda CR-V.

This was my first experience with Lee's Summit Honda and I will highly recommend them. The sale process was not hard sell and everyone was a winner in the end. Sales agent Austin Mallone and the dealership went when above and beyond to meet my needs . Painless process>

Our experience at lees summit honda

Don shelton gets a 10 on all phases of the buying process. Don was personable and friendly, was knowledgable, ancered all questions and explained all the functions and features of our new civic.

Love love love! Highly recommend

Never drove or considered a Honda before. Totaled my car and was in need, ready for a change. I got stuck on a Honda Accord. So then I went on the hunt! Had a pretty good rapport going with a few different dealers and then I ran into Austen here. Austen gets it. I knew what I wanted. I’m a busy person, I don’t have time to come in there and spend the day haggling back and forth or lolly gagging around. He AND his team took the best consideration of this. I picked my car, we did what we could do via the internet and I kid you not it was hardly over 60 min from the minute I walked in the door to the car minute I walked out with keys. Due to unforeseen and understandable circumstances, I never even met Austen! But Leslie, Rich and (please forgive me, another fella who took me for the test drive!) took excellent care of me and make me feel like Austen was there and like they were taking care of one of his own. I’m a small town gal, that meant so much to me. I’ve always bought my cars at the same place and I just don’t have the time right now to go all the way up home to buy one. These people made me feel like I was right at home. I truly had a wonderful experience and there was NO thought regarding who I was going to do business with after connecting with Austen. Thank you so much, LSH!! I’ve loved the new ride so far and will highly recommend to others! With most appreciation, and full understanding that you went out of your way to make this happen AND were late getting out of work... none of this went unnoticed. Humbly, Aislinn Johnson.

An excellent salesman, as well as a polite young m

An excellent salesman as well as a polite young man, never rushing the process and answering all out questions. A little lengthy paper process but after that was said and done, he took the time to show my husband and myself the cars features. Overall, a great experience.

No pressure sales experience.

I had a fine experience shopping for a new car for my wife. Nick J was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The vehicle is great and it meets our needs.

Great Experience!

Don Shelton was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the Civic I was interested in. He took time to show me all of the features on the car. He never pressured me to make a quick decision. The sales mgr. made me a very good offer for my trade. Kari Ruddle was also very friendly and explained in detail all of the financing options, and was concerned about helping stay within my budget. She also never pressured me, and allowed me to take my time making a decision. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.
