Very Unprofessional & Rude

I received a call from Dick Smith Ford on Black Friday needing my signature on my ex husbands title. I told them per my attorney I was not signing at that time., They continued to call me for several days. After agreeing to sign if he signed off on my vehicle I told them I would come by after I got off work. That was not good enough and they continued to keep calling. During the process they allowed them selves to get more involved in a situation they should of steered clear of. The sales man e-mailed myself and my attorney papers he should have never seen or been a part of. When I brought this to the attention of Mr Smith he had no concerns and informed me that they don't need my money or the ex husbands money. Note I have bought 4 vehicles here in the last 10 years and also have had all service done at their location as well. I have referred many customers to them that have purchased there as well. I am floored to how Mr. Smith could say that to someone knowing I was looking at buying a new Escape after the first of the year. Sad to say I will never step foot in there again or refer anyone.

Great experience, easy purchase, friendly staff

Knew what I was looking for, found it at Dick Smith for a great price. Talked to Lloyd White and Willie Taylor over the phone. I sent my brother, who lives in KC, to take a look at the car because I'm three hours away. Called Lloyd back after my brother left the dealership and put a deposit on the car. Did the credit approval online through the dealership and they beat the best rate I could find at home. At the dealership the process was quick and easy. Great customer service!

I called at 11:00 and talked to Chad. I asked if there...

I called at 11:00 and talked to Chad. I asked if there were any sales going on for tires. He told me about the Goodyears for a $70 rebate. He also said if I used my Ford card, there was another $70 rebate, total $140. That made the tires $290. I said wow and can I get them done today, he responded 2pm. I got there and was out by 3:30. Well done Sir, well done.

Very happy with my experience at Dick Smith Ford. I just moved to the Kansas City area and needed a fuel efficient car for my new job. My dad worked for Ford so I have bought 4 new vehicles from Ford dealerships all over the state of Missouri as I have moved around the state quite a bit. This was one of my best, if not my best, sales experience. They didn't push anything I didn't want or need and my salesman Dwight was exactly what I needed. He understands that I know a lot about Ford and knew exactly was I was looking for so he didn't push anything on me. Look forward to dealing with in the future as well as they have definitely earned my business.

Best car buying experience in 30 years

Great staff, from my first contact with Kyle Smith and the resulting purchase from Steve Lotspeich, I have nothing but great praise for this dealership.. I did not leave your help out Kim.. Looking forward to the delivery day and meeting all of you in person.. By the way did I mention that this entire transaction originated on the Internet and was completed by phone and e-mail.
