Fast and friendly service

It was easy to make an appointment online and select the services that I wanted. Drop off was quick and my car was ready much fast than I expected.

Smoothest purchase yet.

From the state of the art facility to the friendly and supportive staff, this dealership has it all. I felt at home from the first time I walked in the door. After I left the first time, I was never hounded, or constantly contacted to get back in to buy a vehicle. A simple "check-in" from the salesman here and there was all it took. I could have gone somewhere else and bought a new car, but the people (specifically Norm Dean) at Jay Wolfe made me want to buy one from them, and that's what brought me back.

Excellent hospitality and inventory

Jay Wolfe Acura has a nice inventory of both new and certified cars. There is also a lot of value added services with the Jay Wolfe Advantage including the oil changes, tire rotations, and paintless dent repair for the first year. With the long warranty of Acura vehicles, the premium dealer experience, and the friendly and courteous staff, we will definitely look at purchasing another Acura from Jay Wolfe Acura.

Great Experience

My car just turned 12. It is a great feeling to get a Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection. My car needed a wash, so I set up an appointment online and drove up an hour later with no wait. The service agent pointed out an item I should probably attend to because of the age of the car that I was unaware of. I waited in the lounge in very comfortable chairs, a large screen TV, and WIFI. There I enjoyed a complimentary drink and sandwich during my wait. By far, the best service experience I have ever experienced.

Great staff!

I had a problem with wheels on new MDX. Sales manager Jim arranged to replace them so we wouldn’t have to drive 65 miles twice. We were taken care of within 30 min and everyone was so nice while there.

Always a great experience

Regular service

I had an appointment and was taken in at the service time, it took an hour and 10 minutes. During the wait time i had a bagel and coffee. comfortable wait area and excellent care.
