SATISFIED REPEAT CUSTOMER

I had purchased my 2010 RDX from another dealership and had been going there for my service--I was not happy with the service so I switched to Jaye Wolfe-- where I received excellent service for my scheduled maintenance checks. It was for that reason I was committed to buying my next Acura there. This is exactly what we did this past week. we went to the showroom with the intention of only looking. We were immediately greeted by Norm Dean who pleasantly and professionally presented us with options. Even though he has been in this profession for a brief time his confidence and knowledge assured us we were in good hands. We did purchase a beautiful preowned 2017 RDX and are thrilled. I look forward to continued professional and courteous experiences at Jaye Wolfe!!!

First time Lease!

This was my first lease and it was seamless. Great people! Recommended by a client who spoke very highly of the atmosphere as well as the work ethic of the staff!

routine service

oil and filter change, technician spilled some oil on engine cover, folks washing the car removed the rubber floor mats and washed them but failed to lock them in place when they put them back in the car.

Servicservice appointment

I was greeted immediately and my car was taken back for service. My wait time was less than 30 minutes. Enjoyed lunch while I waited along with fresh baked cookies

Best experience buying a new car

Jay Wolfe Acura is the only place that we have purchased a car and not wasted an entire day or getting so stressed out or just feeling screwed over. Everyone is very helpful and made us feel respected. The service is second to none! We were there around 4 hours and drove away with a new car, no worries about more paperwork and a great feeling of satIsfaction. Special thanks to Jake, he showed us features of the car, took us for test drive & seemed to be helping everyone else- he’s awesome!

Service for my car

Very friendly, helpful staff. Explained service in detail. Great customer service, and the lounge is fabulous. Clean and comfortable. Love having the cafe available when waiting for my car.

5 Star Service

After months of looking for a good deal on a Honda Odyssey, I found one at the Jay Wolfe Acura lot on cargurus.com. I met Norm Dean there and had a very comfortable car buying experience with him. I’ve never been in a dealership like theirs. They have an amazing customer lounge with a whole menu of complimentary snacks and meals. Norm went above and beyond (even delivering my new van to my house). In and out in a couple hours. I would definitely recommend using this dealership if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

Excelent Service!

We were looking for a very specific vehicle so we didn't have much of an option but to travel. Working with Norm was a great experience. He thoroughly inspected the MDX himself to notify me of any imperfections he could find which I was extremely happy with his attention to detail to make sure there were no surprises after driving 5.5 hours with 3 kids! He got as much of the paperwork he could done before we got there to make the time at the dealership as smooth as possible! I truly felt that we were treated just as well buying a used car as if we were there to purchase a brand new car. The dealership itself is VERY nice and they go beyond the typical cookies and coffee that most other dealerships offer, makes me wish I could go to Jay Wolfe Acura for my MDX's service, but sadly its a bit far for an oil change! Thank you again Norm for going out of your way to make sure we had a great experience! We LOVE our MDX!
