My warranty service work was exceptional. The service advisor was very informative and explained what needed to be done now and what would needed to be done in the near future. Once it was determined that some of the service work needed now would need for parts to be ordered and would not be able to get done until the following day he scheduled a loaner vehicle for me to drive. He also communicated to me periodically throughout the day letting me know the status of my vehicle and as soon as the vehicle was ready for pickup.

First Buyer Experience
I inquired at Jay Wolfe Acura as a last minute resort. I was in a car accident two months prior and pregnant with my son. My car was totaled and I had to borrow my parents car to get around. As a mother of two, I wasn't quite sure what to look for or what I wanted. When I inquired at Jay Wolfe, Joshua and Jim made the phone process easy. When I met Norman, he was so laid back and not how I pictured a car salesman. I, too am in sales, so his laid back approach was reassuring that I wasn't being pressured into buying a car. I had my two children under 3 with me as well during the process and I am so thankful for their patience and accommodations. Needless to say, he showed me the car I had inquired about, but in a completely different color! I told myself I would never have a red car again and that Friday, I drove out in a red Mazda, and I absolutely love it. It is the perfect fit for my family. Thank you Joshua, Jim, and Norman, for making my first purchase a great experience. I couldn't have gone to a better place. I have gotten nothing but wonderful compliments about my car!

Great Buyer Experience
Had a great experience purchasing a 2018 MDX Advanced. The team worked very closely with me and delivered to my needs. Also there was a lot of little extra touches that were bombers nice. Even the finance process went smoothly, didn’t feel like they were taking advantage of me. Overall I am extremely satisfied.
