We recently purchased our 5th Subaru.

We recently purchased our 5th Subaru. 2 of our cars have been purchased through Van, and 4 have been serviced through Van. We worked with Guy on the Crosstrek to start, mainly via phone, email and text. We agreed on a great out the door price and quoted me on it as we had to wait 3 weeks for transit. Guy kept me up to date with when the car was coming and was incredibly kind through out the process. When the car arrived, we came I , did the paperwork and walked out with the car at the out the door price we agreed upon with no stress about any up charges. Guy assured us we were getting exactly what we agreed upon and finalized the paperwork. Also, Van gave us a $500 discount to make up for Subaru of America not giving us the loyalty discount- (however later SOA did give us a coupon (thanks SOA!) We never felt pressure to purchase any additional warrantees or protection plans as we knew we wouldn’t need them given the quality of Subaru. Guy at Van Subaru is an incredibly kind, trustworthy heartfelt human who understands how emotional and stressful car buying can be, and he made the entire process enjoyable and I’d send anyone his way if they are in need of a car. There aren’t enough words to express my appreciation for Guy and the Subaru team. Thank you so much Guy!!!!

Van Subaru was the best car buying experience I have ever

Van Subaru was the best car buying experience I have ever had customer service is top notch. From our sal Sean Guy to the finance dept. We were not pressured we got to look , test drive and explained everything. They are the only Subaru dealer i will ever use in the future.

I started the process online since the dealer was 200

I started the process online since the dealer was 200 miles away , we work the deal over the phone and I have my appointment to finalize the deal at the dealership the next morning , that night my vehicle got hit I call the dealer first thing in the morning explain my situation, I was expecting to be told sorry , but we have to cancel the deal , but instead the team work out a new fair deal and I was able to finalize the purchase the same day , I search for my specific vehicle in a 500 miles radius and while I found a few that meet my criteria Van Subaru gave me the best deal , before my car was hit and after my car was damage ,I will come back again in the future

I dealt with the car salesman Taylor.

I dealt with the car salesman Taylor. He was non-pressuring and explained all the equipment packages to the two different cars I looked at. We finally settled on an outback Subaru, or I went into financing with a gentleman by the name of Michael. He was very professional, low pressure and explained all the different options I could obtain on my car.
