SYNC Classes

My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles in the last year. Both times we were treated very well, which is why we keep coming back. We also enjoy the free Sync classes that were given by Frankie Petty. She did an excellent job teaching the class and knows how to answer any question that anyone had. She is a very nice person and always willing to help. We are looking forward to our next class with Frankie. After that class we will be "Advanced" and will be able to command our SYNC without it asking if we need "Help". Thanks Grossley Ford for the great service and for having such a good staff working for you. Thanks again, Frankie. Love our new Escape. Sincerely, Brenda and Bill L

We received Great Service

I received excellent service from the sales person that helped me when I was looking at cars and then when I purchased the car. Also I received great help from Frankie Petty, she gave us instructions on the computer system that the car has. I attended Frankie's class for beginners and again she was excellent in explaining the computer features of our car, she also took time to go with us to our care and guided us "hands on" in practicing several features.

My experience was great with Mike Murphy(sales rep)....

My experience was great with Mike Murphy(sales rep). After patiently helping me make a firm decision on which engine, front wheel drive and many other questions I had, he drove up with the very Edge I truly wanted. After the purchase, Mike made sure to introduce me to Frankie Petty (Sync specialist), so I could drive away with valuble knowledge of my new Edge. Frankie was great, very professional as well. My whole experience with the Crossley was wonderful.

I am giving this rating because Frankie Petty did an AWESOME job in showing all three classes, Begnnining, Intermediate, and Advanced how to make the most of our SYNC systems. Frankie made the classes interesting, fun, and answered all questions she was asked. The classes were fun, comfortable, and very informative. Thank you again Frankie.

My car got hit twice at work (in one week) on the drivers...

My car got hit twice at work (in one week) on the drivers side back door and the bumper and tail light had gotten broken. I was referred to Leon at the body shop who wrote out an estimate for me and looked everything over. He was so friendly and professional and got me a reasonable price for fixing everything. The front desk staff at the body shop was also very sweet when I arrived to drop off my car and to pick it up. It also took them less time then I had anticipated to get everything fixed. When I came to pick it up, it was ready to go and it looked like a brand new car! I am so satisfied with the quality of work that they did and I was pleasantly surprised that the inside of my car was spotless also! I will definitely be back if I ever need any other body work done on any of my cars. They are my new recommendation to friends and family.

Leon went above and beyond his call of duty as manager....

Leon went above and beyond his call of duty as manager. He takes his job to a very personal level. He saved myself and my family from a very unsafe vechicle that was sold to me NOT by Gary Crossley. Leon takes pride in his work and the work of his employees. Gary Crossley and Ford in general should be very proud to have him as an employee. Leon should be recognized for his professionalism and integrity for a job well done. I will forever be grateful to him. ----Thanks again the Shields Family.

Frankie worked with far longer then we expected teaching...

Frankie worked with far longer then we expected teaching us about Sync and how to use all the features that Sync is able to provide us with.

Great Experience

I have wanted a Ford Focus for about 3 years now and I found it at Gary Crossley Ford. Nick was our sales guy and he was easy going and fun and was able to answer any and all of our questions. Frankie, the Sync instructer was very helpful in getting the sync feature set up. Everyone that we spoke with, including Makayla the receptionist made us feel very comfortable. It was the best buy shopping and buying experience that I have had. I would definately recommend this dealy and especially Nick.

I went to Gary Crossley Ford looking for a great deal on a new Ford and I got one. Henry Tally worked with me and did a great job explaining all my options. After we closed the deal I met with Frankie Petty and she expalined all the things the Ford Sync will do. What a great ride.
