Great service

Always great service. Knowledgeable and genuine show of caring. Very prompt service even without an appointment. Very clean and love option of Kisner car. This option keeps us coming back

Fast service.

The issues I brought it in for were taken care of quickly but I found my lower drivers side valance was ground on like it was dragged on concrete it's not a big deal I just wish the people that drive your vehicle would be a little more carful.

Fast service

Faster than normal service this time around. usually takes some time, but this time was extremely fast and Brandon was polite and very good

Oil change

It was my first free oil change and tire rotation, they also did a recall. They provided a loaner while mine was being serviced for couple of hours

Fast oil change

The people are very nice and efficient. The waiting time was excellent. I did not know the tires were going to be rotated so that caught me off guard. I think they should ask the customer about that before they do it. I had just purchased new tires and did not want them rotated yet.

Great service

I must say that Mike Kline was absolutely great. One of the best experiences I have had since having my Equinox serviced at this Dealership. I was disappointed that the Service Manager did not make sure that my tire was cleaned off before I picked it up. It had grease all over my alluminum wheel, so Mike came out and cleaned it off for me. Also, another spectacular employee was Erin, she got me set up with the loaner car, and she always does a spectacular job, she must be one of your treasured employees. She knows that I like to have an Equinox, and apoligized that they were all loaned out, so she proceeded to let me know the selection I could pick from, still making sure that I was happy with what I would be driving. It is such a breath of fresh air to have people treat you like they care, and these 2 employees obviously genuinely feel that way. So thank you so much Mike and Erin for making my experience a pleasant one!
