Found a vehicle online I liked. I called and the salesman...

Found a vehicle online I liked. I called and the salesman worked with me for the week. I went to go look at it and they showed up with a different vehicle. I was told the vehicle I wanted had sold the week before. They never said anything that entire week. Each vehicle I test drove had no gas so I could not drive it far. Finance team filled out paper work for me without me knowing. Threw in some warranties and never said I would pay for them. The salesman never contacts me back when I have questions now. The finance department rushes through your paperwork without explaining anything to you. They do not care at all about their customers. They want their money and that is it. I advise people to never go here.

Ordered vehicle -dealer changed prices by Mike Titus Construction, Inc from Blue Springs Missouri June 10, 2021 Prices negotiated and ordered 3 new trucks in February 2021 Received 1st truck ok, 2nd truck arrived, they wanted to renegotiate price, finally 3rd truck arrived and they raised price $2,170.00 above agreed price. Absolutely, horrible sales practice. I have the emails and orders confirming all transactions and confirmed prices but they failed to follow through. After not hearing from dealership for several days about transaction, I called to learn that vehicle I special ordered in February was sold . Unbelievable - never again for us to buy a vehicle or recommend this dealership….

I reached out to this dealership in search of a new...

I reached out to this dealership in search of a new vehicle, asking what offer they were able to give me with no hassle. At first, I was told they could not give me an offer without running my credit (red flag #1). Then after telling them I had an offer from another dealership, they were finally willing to work on an offer. I was texting with a salesman for over 4 hours before getting an offer. When he finally sent it, I did was not able to respond immediately and he sent a "?" within two minutes of the offer (red flag #2). I thought this was rude, especially after I had been so patient with him. He told me he took $7,000 off the price of the vehicle, but when I looked at the offer he had also added back in $3,000 of options I did not want (red flag #3). When I told him this, he said they could not remove them and that they were already on the vehicle. I feel they were not upfront with this and should have included these things in the price of the vehicle if they were not optional. Ultimately decided to walk.

was in the market to purchase a newer pickup so last weekend got online to check them out.Found something I might like so send text to dealership (as I’m a disabled vet without the power to talk )was put on hold several times trying to figure out which truck I was trying to buy.Finally was given to a person named Ty Horton who couldn’t find the truck.She ask for the stock # and still couldn’t find it so she ask for last 6 numbers of the vin so I gave that to her.Said she would be right back but it appeared truck may have been already sold but she would check.After 2 1/2 hours waiting I sent text stating that you people need to let me know as I can go somewhere else to purchase a truck.It wasn’t long till this ty Horton can back with she wasn’t other people but here name was ty Horton and that the truck I was interested in was probably sold and she was busy selling a car to someone else.So in short she was rude and didn’t bother to keep a buyer informed of the progress being made in the purchase of one of there trucks I will in fact not ever buy anything from Cable Dahmer She in my option has no business doing any kind of business with the handicapped or disabled

My experience having service work done on 2 different...

My experience having service work done on 2 different vehicles that I bought from Cable Dahmer over the course of 16 years was that the work is seldom completed properly or on schedule. Their prices for their sevice work is as high or higher than you would pay anywhere else, I have discovered. I would recomend taking your GM vehicle to a different dealership for service work, or simply finding a trustworthy independent mechanic to do maintenance or repairs. Cable Dahmer is better at taking your money and making excuses for their poor service work than they are at simply getting the jobs done correctly.

We have had a terrible experience. Used sales rushed our purchase. They had to come to our house take car back and service it. Now we have to buy new tires because we have three of one brand and a fourth is a worn out tire that does not match the others. I guess we should have checked, but who sells a car that way with 9000 miles on it!!

Bought a truck from them was worst mistake we made ive had truck in my possession 5 days and going on 2 payments the service guy lied said they drove truck 30 miles but must have thought I was stupid the truck was drove 7miles and never left the lot... my chevy app allows me to track the truck and its usage it ran for almost 2hrs with top speed of 7mph they trying to get out of working on it cause they sold me a xxx....they have had my truck since Jan 5th it is now Feb 1st im not happy im calling lawyer and the local news stations about there practices

Integrity

Negotiations must be in writing. It is far easier to notice changes in final details, for instance an increase of several hundred dollars all of sudden appears to have been added to deal. Of course, deal cancelled, principle and ethics. From what appeared to be taken place, who would recommend dealership.
