Was told that they would take what my warranty paid but when it was time to pick up my truck I was told the warranty did not pay enough so I had to come out of pocket after I was we take what the warranty will pay

Easy in and easy out the door with my newer truck and I think I got a decent deal. I have already sent a friend of mine to Metro Ford since I got my truck, and she ended buying from them as well.

Took a long time between deciding on the car and walking out the door with the final paperwork. My main issue was with Patty. I called her after the license bureau would not accept the paperwork they gave me. I called the dealership and that was who they gave me to talk to. First of all, she was eating and talking at the same time. She told me to go back and tell them that they were wrong. I had set there for better than two hours. She acted like I was a bother. However, she called me the next day to see if I got it titled and licensed. I waited until a week later to go back. The license bureau was wrong, but I still did not like the attitude of Patty at the dealership. I?m pretty much pleased with my purchase. The salesman was great. I wasn?t push into buying stuff I didn?t want.

Erick Phillips has treatment us well for years. We made the mistake of buy a car elsewhere and ended up getting screwed with a bunch of add ones. Any time we buy a car from metro ford they always treat us well and don't sell us anything we don't want. We will always buy from them.

I have had my other car serviced at Metro Ford on previous occasions. Salesperson was very good at listening to what I wanted. I had found an SUV online that I was interested in. Went to the dealership to to see it. My salesman took me out to look it over and explain all the options on it. We went on a test drive of which I felt very comfortable. All my questions were answered. I was taken to the finance manager. I told him what extras I was interested in. He was very nice and throughal . Didn't take long to get my financing approved. Everything was explained to me on payments and financial facility.
