Riley was Excellent!! I was able to get in and out with no problems at. Riley help me sync my phone to the system. The service department was getting busy i explain i can always swing it back by. He said no it would only take minute. It did and he is awesome.

VERY rude and disrespectful
The Independence Mo dealership was rude and dismissive. If you can't be courteous towards your customers, then you don't deserve them. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Metro Ford - Independence, MO
I just had my Escape in for oil change, regular maintenance. The weekend before my son bought an F250 Tremor. He had looked around and I told him I have not my last 3 cars from Metro and I?m always treated well, even being a woman salesman and maintenance treat me well. He was just as impressed. Thank you.
