Customer Service

Chris Sheets, our salesman, was friendly, honest and able to listen to what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He worked with me through the process of getting approved for a loan and made himself available for phone calls as well as a return visit to complete the car purchase. The customer service was incredible. And, I love my new car and get several compliments on it weekly. :)

AMAZING CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!

I shopped around for months for a new crossover. I have previously owned a 2008 escape and wasn't sure if I wanted a 2013 quite yet. All other dealers were shady and rude and I felt like I was being hassled. I walked into Blue Springs Ford, they had the perfect car already ready, and Mike Schwally made it super simple and fast to get the payment I wanted and a great trade-in value. Everyone was so nice and you can tell they really have your best interest at heart. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK and we will be back for more!!! Thank you!

The Kid FLAT OUT SUPRISED ME

I came in looking ford a used Chevy truck when I was greeted by a young man looking no more than 19-20 I was a little skeptic due to his age till he shook my hand looked me straight in the eye and said welcome to Blue Springs Ford my name is Chase how may I assist you today. Now I've been to a lot of dealerships and even the old "car dogs" don't give you a proper greeting so really from that point on I was sold I saw the truck online chase went over the details how to adjust seats 4x4 radio etc. took a test drive the truck was spotless pretty much brand new they gave me fair market on my trade and met my payments with ease which is what chase stated would be the easy part falling in love with a vehicle is the tough part but.both where easy in my book Ieft a happy customer with a new truck anyways if you find yourself on there lot or in the store look for the 19-20 year old kid and don't let his age fool ya he is a stand up gentlemen and very professional thanks Blue springs ford and chase for making my buying experience great and painless

Wonderful Experience @ BS Ford!

My wife and I just recently purchased a pre-owned truck from BS Ford and we were accompanied by a great sales associate named Doug Durden. PreOwned Car Purchase

I live in Spring Hill Ks so this was a bit of drive but a trusted friend told me to talk to Kyle Harris. Kyle was so nice and set us up with Ziggy Jarczyk. This had to be the best experiences I and my wife have ever had looking at cars. Ziggy patiently went through the various cars and said we could take any we wanted for a drive. We never felt like we were being fed a line or "being sold". Ziggy even introduced us to the service shop when we come back for an Oil change. Kyle even followed back up with us to make sure we were satisfied. Because of where we lived we asked if it might be possible to have the car delivered the next day without missing a beat they said no problem. What can I say - it was worth the drive.
