Disappointment

Better live within 5 mins driving time or the car you want will be sold when you arrive. Received an e-mail about bottom dollar price called to confirm and arrived 30mins later after talking and was told the car was sold. RATHER THAN trying to see what I was interested in or what else I wanted he walked off... UMMM OKAY??? I still don't have a new car guys... Guess you were happy if you can't make another sale and sell me something else. I even was TRYING to lead the dealer saying WHAT ELSE I was interested in... UM MAYBE they should be paying me to sell cars. Don't waste your time or energy. They don't know anything about the vehilces without having their hands held too busy tanning and going to the salon... TRUST ME primped and prissy too close to closing time to work.

Good Salesman, Good Experience

We really appreciated Brian's attention to our needs. We visited the dealership with our minds pretty much made up about what we wanted. Brian did not try to sell us extra features we had decided against. When it became apparent that the dealership did not have exactly the vehicle we wanted, Brian helped find it for us. We had our new car the next day!

110% Satisfied!!

I had the most amazing experience at Blue Springs Ford. Between Ron Combs and Jack Chalmers everything went PERFECT!!! Thank you guys!! And the follow up is exceptional as well. Jack went out of his way to call me within a day of purchase to check on me and how I liked my vehicle and then again two months later to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if I had any questions. If you need a salesman he is the man to as for... and request Ron as well. They both have amazing customer service. Well worth my 3 hour drive to buy my car from them. Thank you Blue Springs Ford, Jack and Ron!

Jack Chalmers is the bomb

Tagged along with my wife as she wanted to buy a car. From the first minute we me Jack, he was very personable, friendly and shockingly, honest! He helped and had patience has my wife ho and hummed about the car they recommend but in the long run they sold her the best car on their lot that she could afford. Financing was quick and easy. I was so impressed, I traded my car the same day and bought a truck. Again they were awesome. Tim their financing person is also a total GEM and knew the ins and outs and was so honest I felt their just had to something not right here. But I wasnt, GREAT experience... the best I ever had buying a vehicle...

Never again.

I am a younger male, age 24 with a well paying job. I went to their dealership with the intent to BUY a used f150 from them that I saw online. I was out looking at the locked truck for 20 minutes before ANYONE came out to greet me. Once I was greeted, I asked the sales person for the price or the truck. He stated he wanted some kind of commitment from me before he told me the price of the truck and before he would let us test drive the vehicle.(I already knew the price of the truck from online, I just wanted to make sure it was teh right price.) Needless to say, I did not purchase the truck that I CAME THERE TO BUY! I did NOT like his, or his managers pushy sales tactics and ended up buying from a different dealership. The only thing I can think of that would make them do that, is the fact that I was a young male, so they ASSUMED I woudln't be able to buy a truck from them. Their loss I guess....

Saved me money

They promptly did the work I requested and actually talked me out of some things I thought I needed but they did not think would be helpful. It's great to know they were more concerned with me than with their bottom line. It's hard to find honest folks ! THANKS !!!!!!

Buying new car

I recently bought a new car from BLUE SPRINGS FORD and loved dealing with them. I never felt pressured at all. Sandy was so helpful and never gave up until we had what we wanted. Sean was also helpful in finding our car. MR POSEY was very good at explaining every detail about financing our car. Our overall experience was very good and i would recommend them highly.

Great Service!

I just bought a used car from Blue Springs Ford about a week ago. Jesus was an extremely friendly sales man and answered all of the questions that we had. I was very pleased with the service that I got here.
