I received notice of a recall on my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport. While the truck was in service I walked around the lot and was approached by Mike G. I explained that I was having service performed and was just looking around. Mike G was very approachable and easy to talk with. He asked if there was any of the new trucks that I might be interested in because there were some great deals being offered at this time. As I was walking around a couple of trucks did get my attention and Mike G went to work on seeing what kind of package could be put together on trading mine in and driving a new one home. After some conversations with Mike G and a few back and forth trips with Jay Deans we were able to work out a deal that was good for all of us and I ended up driving a new 2019 Laramie 1500 home. Mike G is a no BS kind of sales person. He kept everything honest and above board and wasn't afraid to tell me he couldn't meet what I wanted. I was impressed with his honestly and straight forward attitude. I had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle but I did and I am glad Mike G and Jay Deans were available to help.
