New purchase

Very positive dealership sales person was available on time for the scheduled appointment. The unit I requested was sold but another unit was made unavailable for a test drive with comparable equipment

Internet shopping brought us to Overland Park Jeep

We began our internet search when our local dealer told us they could no longer take a custom order for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee's. That was when my husband found just what he was looking for at this Dealership! He looked at photos on line, called to speak to someone and he got put in touch with Clayton. They visited about our needs and wants, what we had as far as a trade in. They discussed particulars and very soon, we put a deposit down on a vehicle in inventory. Then decided to go ahead and drive up to Overland Park. We drove and arrived after 9 p.m. so checked into a hotel, got up the next morning went to the dealership, Clayton approached us and we liked him right away! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and smiled. He was not fake or high pressure. We looked over the car, signed the paper work, got taken out in another vehicle with the same options for a test drive and lesson on how to run the touch screen and vehicle information center. Got in our new car and drove off with smiles on our faces and no regrets. We have already recommended OPJ to our kids that live in Lenexa. Thanks so much Clayton for making this as easy as you did!! We appreciate that very much

internet shopping to purchase

We decided to go ahead and drive up to Overland Park, arrived late, checked into a hotel. Got up the next morning; arrived at the Dealership about 8:45 and was driving away by noon. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and smiled. He was not fake or high pressure. I have to tell you, I know the process would not have taken as long had we gotten there when we were expected. Clayton was NOT expecting us until about 11 a.m. so,....it took longer than it would have, I am sure! We looked over the car, signed the paper work, got taken out in another vehicle with the same options for a test drive and lesson on how to run the touch screen and vehicle information center. Dealers with a heart

I just recently purchased a vehicle from Joe Trahan and Terry Mykins, I thought that I had figured out what vehicle I wanted, but then after driving a different vehicle home, I realized that it was the vehicle for me. I worried all night that I wouldn't be able to get this vehicle instead, but the guys were very helpful and made sure that I got to take home the vehicle that I wanted seamlessly. I am a very happy Dodge Caravan owner.

First Time Jeep Owner

Roger was very friendly,knowledgeable and trustworthy. I left feeling confident about my new Jeep purchase. Terry was prompt but a little overwhelming but also very helpful in the end, I think he should work on listening to the client and focus on their overall needs and concerns. Both Roger and Terry offer great customer service. Thank you guys. I love my Jeep.

Just Purchased 4th New Jeep

Just Purchased 4th New Jeep I just bought my 4th Jeep from Steve Schulte in the last 20 years. That should tell you something. I am still driving the first Jeep I bought from Steve in 1998 - it just keeps running. The Jeep product is great and the service matches the expectations you desire for service in a dealership. However, Steve Schulte is second to none when it comes to explaining the Jeep product and making you most comfortable with your purchase. He is not high pressure. He is honest and makes you feel at ease. The winning combination to me is Steve Schulte - the Jeep product - the service department.
