great customer service!!!
Went to show wife new rav 4 . Ended up going home with one. Salesman Bryan Harrison came to introduce himself and like a pro explained and showed us every feature on the vehicle. Without any pressure he got us a great deal and helped make the process smooth and quick. After having the vehicle for a month or so he called to see if all was well. I told him we had gotten a substantial scratch on driver door when we took to dealership to have tps sensor replaced. Later that week went to dealership called Bryan Harrison on his cell phone , he told me he was on vacation but said he would come in and assist me with getting vehicle dropped off and also helped me get a loaner. Fixed a dent
I brought a used grand prix back to the dealership that I had purchesed just a week ago. It had a dent on the right front quarter panel and that was causing the door to pop. They fixed the dent and the door doesnt pop anymore. The assistant sales manager Jay Tejani was very helpful.

Got what I came in for!
Steve was able to get me the truck I came in for in a very short time. Process went very smoothly. Mike was able to get the financing setup quickly. Both guys were very nice , knowledgeable, and customer oriented! It took me about 2 hours from when I parked my old truck until I drove out in my new truck!

Good Experience
I had a good experience with Alex. Having to go back to get the tint re-done was a bit of a hassle and probably having to go back again because there are bubbles in the window is still frustrating, but Alex was always very kind. There also was something Alex said said to us that was not true during the sale process. Meaning, we thought we were getting something but in reality it was already included in the prize. We noticed that once we drove home and saw what was included in the package. Alex was very sincere about it and admitted it was his mistake and that he really wanted to fix the issue. I just hope he keeps his word and if so I would definitely come back to Alex at Fred Anderson Toyota for any future purchases.
