I was very happy with the service I received from this dealership. Hermes sold me my first car and made it very quick and easy. Even though he told my family and I that he was kind of new to the company, he was very professional and managed to answer all our questions. The other employees there was also great. I felt welcomed and confident about picking out the right car. I can't remember the name of the other employee that helped with the finances (I'm terrible at remembering names), but he was also very helpful and kind. The dealship was very nice and had a great variety of cars. I will be recommending this dealership.

The RAV4 Hybrid we purchased was the third Toyota we have bought at Fred Anderson and each time we used Mark Langdon as our salesman. Everything went smoothly! We are very pleased.

The best car buying experience. Georgiana Coller was such a pleasure to work with. She made sure to show us different cars until she knew we were happy. I went into work the next day and told everyone needing to buy a new or used car, to be sure to go to Fred Anderson.

They did a great job with getting my finance paperwork done, only spent about 1 1/2 hours from arriving to finishing the purchase. Stephanie was great, she did everything she could to make sure the process was as quick as possible.
