Mr. Howard was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about my opinions. He responded promptly and diligently with troubleshooting any obstacles. No issues with haggling nor up-sale. Another staff member, took the time to show me major features and oriented me to the amazing technology. Then financial manager was thorough. All of them put my time first and I was able to complete the deal heading home in 2 hours! This model cost about 7 to 9 k more in my hometown. During a stressful time, needing a car unexpectedly and quickly, this team saved the day!
