Aloise was terrific in the service dept at Simsbury Volvo. Very professional and took care of my car & I. Minor complaint- they were nice enough to clean the outside and inside of my car. The person who cleaned my car must have sprayed armor all on my brake pedal. Good thing I realized! Holy crap very slippery. Could have caused an accident. Otherwise perfect service !

Car was detailed and they worked in time to change the oil and give a safety inspection. Everything was done with perfection and could not have been done any better. Pick-up and drop-off were done when I could be available. Connor reviewed the paperwork in detail and the whole experience was extremely pleasant!

Michael and the team at Mitchell whete excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Michael spent the needed time to program my car, answer my questions and he made sure that all was good before I drove away. When I arrived. He had 2 cars that fit my preference and need. He made it very easy. The process took longer than anticipated, but in the end, it was well worth it. I love my car, thank you Mitchell and Michael.

It was a routine maintenance at 40K. The service manager was very pleasant. I was given a loaner to keep while they do the service. Shen I received a text video from the mechanic on the status and check list they performed, I returned to the shop and my car was also cleaned inside and out. I am pleased with the service and the extra attention. Thank you.
