2011 Tiguan SE
I can only say I had a great experience with my salesman, Steven Ferenc. He was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire sales process. I came to the VW dealership after finding my Tiguan on-line with a great price. This is my first Volkswagen and I love it! Thankfully Steven assisted me through the buying process as I was replacing my car after an accident. He communicated promptly information regarding insurance, registering the vehicle as well as taking care of my add on of the cross bars to the roof rack. I was thankful for Steven going over the vehicle and its handy options for a comfortable driving experience. Upon the sale and working with the fiance officer Joe, I felt comfortable and happy of my purchase. Thank you Mitchell Volkswagen team of Canton!

Horrible customer service
I bought my new 2013 tdi here in august. Any time I have had to go to the dealership i deal with waiting twice to three times as long as told i would. The last time i got my car serviced here i called five minutes before closing to see if my car was ready and it had been ready hours before. They are great when they try and sell you a car otherwise they aren't very concerned with pleasing their customers after buying the car. I will NEVER go back to this vw dealership again, im currently looking for another with great reviews. The people here are not helpful at all.

Good Experience
Recently purchased a CC from Mitchell VW. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable about all the VW products, accommodating, and not too pushy. The overall experience was pretty good. One thing that I would like to see improvement on is the final paperwork process. It took way too long and of course the usual attempt to sell you more stuff was a little annoying. But I would consider going back. Our first maintenance visit went smoothly and was very satisfied with people and process.

Leased a new Eos from Mitchell
My experience with Mitchell VW in Canton was very good. Salesman Steve Ferenc called me promptly following my inquiry over the Internet and by the time my husband and I drove out to the showroom he had worked up several different lease scenarios. He also took information about my trade-in over the phone so that when we arrived we had an idea of what it was worth. I feel the initial figure was solid, and that the attributes of my particular vehicle were taken further into account when it was assessed by the service manager. The leasing process (including the factors that made up how the monthly payment was calculated) was explained thoroughly to my satisfaction. The staff, from Steve to Joe, the business manager, were happy to explain everything to me- a first time leasee. It was a pleasure dealing with Mitchell VW.

MY EXPERIENCE BUYING MY 2013 JETTA WAS GREAT. TIM MILLER, MY SALESMAN, WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GUIDE ME THROUGH ALL THE FEATURES THAT I HAD TO LEARN ABOUT MY SE.. IT WAS ALSO A PLEASURE SEEING AND TALKING TO SCOTT DELL, WHO IS NOW THE GENERAL MANAGER, AS HE SOLD ME MY 2003 PASSAT MANY YEARS AGO. Good Buying Experience
I liked dealing with Mitchell Volkswagon a lot. Our salesman Tim was very accommodating, patient, attentive - but not pushy, and I think led us to buy the perfect car for us. My only complaint (which I also told him) was that when we actually went to sign on the dotted line - we were suddenly presented with a bunch of options (extended warranties, special protections, etc.) which we hadn't had any time to consider and which would have added substantially to the bottom line. We might have considered some of them if we had had time to think about it. As it was, we opted for none of them. But overall, the experience was very good and I really like the free check-up after a month of ownership with the opportunity to sit down with Tim again to review the bells and whistles.

1st Class Service through the entire experience
I walked into Mitchell VW to look for a new car. It was 0 degrees and windy outside. I was greeted by George Goggi with a big smile and hand shake. You would have never known he had spent all day outside celaning off cars fro mthe recent snow storm. I was interested in a Passat and CC. George did a great job of walking me through both. He is so knowledgable about the VW cars and has a great way of really making you feel comfortable in buying a car. In less than a week I had my new CC. Thanks to George he was able to locate the one I wanted. What blew me away is he spent a good hour after all the paper work showing me how everything worked and matching the benefit up with the feature. He is one of the great ones at building relationships and committed to not sellnig you this car but the future ones through your experience with him. Mark Mitchell has a true asset on his team. Take good care of him!

Everyone I dealt with made me realize that Mitchell VW in Canton is without a doubt the best place to lease or buy a new car. The prices are excellent and make sure to take advantage of their 0 percent down deals when they are available. I would like to give a special thanks to Tim Miller who personally assisted me and went above and beyond my expectation of a salesman making me 110 percent satisfied with the outcome with his amazing customer service.
