Great buying/leasing experience. Super efficient operation here folks. At Quirk Chevrolet they say what they do and do what they say. I can't say that about the dealerships in my area of western ma. I drove 2 and a half hours to lease my 2016 Silverado. Well with the trip. Quirk gives new meaning to sign and drive! Shout out to Angela and Ali Brahmi.

Buying my second Equinox
My husband said lets go we are going to buy you another Chevy Equinox. Our salesman Polo Gonzalez was GREAT !! He took his time with us, had the Equinox so we could test drive. He gave us options so we could get the car that day and at a GREAT PRICE!!!!! he explained everything to us and was so nice. A tech man came out and helped set up the phone and explained everything in the car AWESOME!!! I was so happy with the service, this is why we ONLY BUY OUR CARS AND TRUCKS AT QUIRK CHEVROLET BRAINTREE MA. Again Thank you Polo Gonzalez

Great dealership and staff
This was my3rd new car purchase and easily the best experience yet. I started off emailing Michelle who was absolutely great. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by Shayne who then introduced me to Michelle. I was then informed that Michelle deals with the online responses and I was given to Shayne to look for my new vehicle. Prior to Shayne introducing himself Michelle updated him on what vehicle I was there for. Shayne immediately brought me to the vehicle I was interested in. There was no this vehicle ain't here no more or any of that bull. Shayne was completely knowledgeable with the vehicles and didn't play games at all with pricing. I would highly recommend this dealership and Shayne.

Very pleased on how they took care of my college Son!
My Son is new to the area had car trouble, i called Quirk 's and they were polite and concerning about the situation , and i was glad i was able to handle the problem over the phone with the Company i want to thank Dave and everyone else ther that helped my Son get back on the road . Thankyou again! they have you in and out of the shop in no time at all...

Chevey 2500 HD Execellent Experience
What I found to be very strong was the communication between myself, Conor Mahon and Mike Morris during the documentation process. Also, Conor was quick to locate a vehicle with the options I wanted and at the price I was willing to pay. It was a very good experience. I will buy again from Quirk. The customer service was excellent.

Moines Elzeiny Sales and Hipolito (Polo) Gonzalez SCREWED ME
I bought a 2016 truck. I dealt with Moines Elzeiny and Hipolito Gonzalez. We agreed upon a purchase price of $31,000 and shook hands Moines found out a had $5,751 of accumulated GM rebates. He immediately told me he couldn't sell the truck for $31,000 because he was relying on rebates that couldn't be used with others. I said OK to $32,000 and closed the deal. Moines also told me he would get me a good rate on financing the vehicle. I told him I wanted 48 month financing. I ended up with 4.25% for 72 months. For those who understand how dealerships make money off the interest rate spread I agreed to borrow the money because I was going to pay them off after 90 days when they become whole so they could make money off the spread. I did that only because I thought I bought the truck right at $32,000. These guys looked you right in the eye, shook your hand then played around with the numbers and screwed me! I ended up paying over $33,000 for the truck and didn't realize it until I got home. Moines the loan is going to be paid off as soon as I get my first statement. I already have a lender that will lend me the money at 1.75%. Since then I've spoken with Moines counterpart Hipolito. I thought he would say it was an honest mistake and see what they could do to rectify what has happened. All I got was you signed the papers. He also said he would discuss it with the general manager. Of course I never heard back! This was my 4th car I have bought from Quirk and it doesn't include my son and all the referrals that I have sent there AND IT WILL BE MY LAST. THESE ARE THE MOST DISHONEST SALES PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND I'M 66 YEARS OLD. QUIRK REPUTATION IS VERY VERY QUESTIONABLE BUYER BEWARE!!

Horrible customer service
We visited Quirk to purchase our second truck within a months time and had an terrible experience. When arriving to pick up the brand new vehicle my husband noticed multiple (20) spots of chipped paint that had been attempted to be covered up. When he refused to purchase this particular truck he was made to feel that he was being unreasonable by not wanting to take the truck. Finally after being at the dealership for an extended amount of time the dealership agreed to give us a different truck but it wouldn't be ready that day. We then had to go out and buy a vehicle from a family member to get to and from work in the meantime. We were told that we could trade this vehicle in for a $1,000 credit because Chevy was offering a trade in assistance credit for any vehicle 1999 or newer. A week later we arrived back at the dealership to pick up our new truck with a trade in. We were told that we would no longer be able to trade a vehicle in because our truck had already been reported as sold to GM. A gentlemen whom didn't even introduce himself (Wissam Bassil, sales manager) came up to us frustrated, rude and uncaring. Even though we hadn't signed anything yet he told us that there was nothing that he could do and began to question us as to why we bought that car. Mr. Bassil was very rude and disrespectful. He should externally poor customer service and treated us very poorly. We wont be returning to Quirk for any future purchases. We are writing a letter to GM to share our experience.

This was my 5th purchase of a new car since 1999 from Quirk. A 2016 Colorado. Quirk emploees continue to give the best customer service and the best prices. I'm not one to leave feedback, I'm hard to deal with, but i had to do this after both Moines Elzeiny and Polo Gonzalez worked with me to get the deal done. Much to my amazement, I drove the car away the same day even though I had to add collision to my insurance policy, and had mud flaps installed while I waited for the insurance company to add a lien holder and sign off on the coverage. If your looking for a car or truck from Quirk Chevrolet then you should ask for these people. I'm confident that they can beat any deal around and do it in a manner that will have you coming back as a repeat customer. GREAT EMPLOYEES!!!!!! Thanks Quirk.

Steer clear of these thieves
I stopped in today to pick up a new car. I was assured numerous times over the phone by Angela that I could drive away in an Equinox lease for $179 per month with zero down. After driving there and wasting my precious time, the salesman tells me "that car" is sold and the best they can do is about $100 more per month with $500 down. Nothing short of thievery!
