HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Absolutely atrocious. They lure you in with competitive, fair pricing and then do everything in their right mind to screw you over. The manager was an entitled *insert swear of choice here*. I saw the bad reviews online, multiple friends told me it was the worst experience of their life, yet I had to go check it out for myself. The service was incredibly slow, they keep you waiting around so you get antsy. Then the manager comes along and strews a whole bunch of bull at you until he offers you a $6000-under market price offer for your trade-in. When you naturally laugh and go to leave he gives you the typical sales guy “I’m on your side pitch” and goes back behind the desk with his buddies to do “everything he possibly can to get you a better offer” (translation: chatting and laughing until whipping a new number out of his ***). He comes back with new numbers >5 times, each one is obviously the absolute BEST he can do. I actually called my mechanic in front of him and my mechanic laughed out loud at his *best* possible offer. The manager then started panicking, actually started yelling at me, and had the nerve to say “you wouldn’t be here if you didn’t need us, you need this offer and this car, you won’t leave”. So I walked out, multiple times, and each time they chased me down offering me more money (I thought you hit your best possible offer 3,000$ ago?). Overall, do NOT go here, do NOT be lured in by the competitive prices—it is NOT WORTH IT. I have dealt with many a car dealership and many a car salesman and these guys were the worst of the worst!

Slow air leaking tire
I am happy that my tire problem was resolved so quickly at Bernardi Toyota There was a slow leak due to a faulty stem. Rise was effective explaining the check in process and then the solution.

Eased my concerns
It was my only day off in a busy work week and the morning started with the “check engine” light. I went in without an appointment knowing that the shop was fully booked, prepared to spend most of my day. Vivien was courteous, professional, and helpful from the moment she greeted me until she took my final payment. I was only there for about 2 hours.

70,000 miles maintenance
The service department is excellent. They review everything with you. They are very efficient in getting your vehicle maintenance completed quickly. I will continue to go there for all my vehicle maintenance.

I was in the market for a Toyota and had poor past experiences at other dealerships with clueless sales people. Bernardi gave me a great deal on my new Highlander and has rebuilt my overall confidences with the Toyota brand. Our young salesman was the finest auto salesperson I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with many). Kyle Lapine is honest, has a wonderful disposition and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I was so impressed by Kyle that going forward, I wouldn't buy a Toyota from any one but him.
