Overall very good experience at the Bernardi Framingham service station. Timely shuttle service for drop off and pick up and job well done for servicing... my 2002 Toyota Camry which was purchased from here and serviced since then at this place.

Went there on Friday to get a quote on leasing a car and ended up walking out with an amazing deal on the exact car I wanted to lease. My dad is decently... hard to work with at times, especially when trying to talk down deals, and the customer service rep who worked with us, Gustavo Goulart, was so extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs and was really trying to help us and work with us. We also spoke to his manager, Charlie, and he was willing to try and work out a deal that worked for both our end and theirs and we ended up walking out of there extremely happy and getting the exact price we had in mind walking in there. There just brought in a bunch of new managers and are really trying to make the customers happy and I can attest to that. Although the other reviews may be for the service side of things, regarding the management and overall customer service side I have to say they were so helpful and nice and really tried everything in their power and give us everything we asked for. They were also extremely careful in explaining everything and made sure we understood exactly everything without pushing services and extra features onto us before we signed the deal. I would 110% recommend this Bernardi's to anyone who's looking to get a new Toyota and will definitely be coming back. Also, we worked with the financial rep who's name is Ron and he was the sweetest, funniest, most helpful guy who tried everything in his power to help us and meet our needs. Loved this place and whatever they are doing for new managing is most definitely working!

Yesterday, November 27th, I had a good experience but in the past for service I had a bad one . It was lunch time and I took the shuttle to a restaurant... next to the dealership, while I was waiting to finish the service. I finished my lunch; the restaurant closed; I called so many times the shuttle to pick me up and that shuttle never showed up. It was cold and I had to call Uber. It was a really bad experience that I don???t want anyone to go through it. I never will ask for a ride, I prefer to take Uber. Very bad!!!
I always ask for Rose (at Bernardi Toyota) in thenservice dept. I trust her to give provide advice about what my car needs and when it needs it. I never... feel like I???ve been sold something I didn???t need. . And today, when I had a problem with a tire and my battery and needed to get on the road within a few hours, she managed the whole appointment from beginning to end and and I was on the road faster than I thought would be possible. Rose is terrific! She???s easy to work with, has a great demeanor for customer service, and is a great ambassador for Bernardi Toyota. She???s my go-to person.
