I was looking for a used car for my girlfriend and have always dealt with Herb Chambers in the past. My girlfriend saw a specific used car online and we headed down to the Ford Dealership in Braintree. Our Salesman Scot helped her to find a car that she loved and we both walked out of the dealership very happy that day. Scot went out of his way to make sure she got exactly what she was looking for. It was the best car purchasing experience I've had, and we both left very happy.

Scot is a great person to work with. He knew everything about the new F-150 I recently purchased and was more than accomodating to my needs. He let me take the vehicle to my wife at work and made sure everything went smoothly with the negotiating and paperwork to the detailing of the vehicle. What I really liked is that Scot doesn't just cover A, B, C, and then skip right to Z, he takes care of the whole frigen alphabet! I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with and for such a great buying experience. I will recommend him and Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree to all of my friends and family. As a consumer it important to be given a fair price on a new car, it is more important that the salesman is honest,sincere and is respectful of the dealer they represent. My dealings with Scot Cox was honest,sincere and not only had pride in Herb Chambers Ford deallership but more than helpful with the others brands within there grouping of dealership that he didnt even sell!! thou he knows the ford brand inside and out he made himself knowledgeable about other brands I asked about, I did buy a new ford from Scot and have sent two friends since....I not only bought from Scot I trust him. Excellent and corteous service is what I received from this dealership and from the sales person Felix Osagie. The dealership was clean and cozy. Felix took time to take my sister on a test drive and explain all the features and purchase options to her/us. Best of all, he was not pushy or insistent. He even offered us coffee, water, candy, what a blast. Thanks Felix, I will definitely spread the word to everyone I know that is looking to buy a car.

Being from NH, I thought my long time NH dealer from whom I have bought 3 trucks, always gave me the best deal. After contacting the folks @ Herb Chambers, they beat the other dealers deal by a lot. Scott Lewis was extremely accomodating and Miguel Silva was very efficient. Jeff Magnet delivered by new vehicle to me in NH and took the time to thoroughly aquaint me with the new vehicle operating systems. All these guys were great. I went car shopping with my son for the past 3 weeks, unhappy with prices on used cars, salespeople etc. Then we walked into Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree and we met David Pichard who was so down to earth by telling my son what he could afford and what he couldn't. He also directed him to a car that was suited for him as far as gas mileage, and what would be good for him as a single guy. We were also introduced to Ken Albritton Sales Manager and along with Miguel Silva Business Manager made this deal come together. My son purchased a 2006 Toyota Scion TC that had everything he wanted on it and more. I would like to thank Herb Chambers employees for making this an enjoyable experience.
