I purchased my new Ford Fusion from Herb Chambers in Braintree, MA and Jeff Magnet was the saleperson with whom I dealt. Jeff was extremely helpful and courteous to me, showind me around the service area, setting up my Serius radio and Sync, and generaly showing me how all the "gadgets" work. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a car. I purchased my Ford Fiesta from Scott Cox at Herb Chambers in Braintree in November of 2010. Overall, my experience with Scott was excellent. He is kind, approachable, very professional and not a "typical" car salesman. We did not get the "hard sell" that we found at other dealerships - especially during these challenging financial times. When I picked up my new car, Scott took the time to show me all the features. He even helped me enable blue tooth before leaving the lot. As a result of our experience with Scott Cox, I would suggest that you seek him out the next time you are looking for a new car!

great comunication before i came in to the dealership. they got the car i was interested in. had it ready for me when i came in. let me take the car home to show my family before i decided to negotiate a deal. pricing and negotiations were very fair. very professional staff and knowledgable about every detail on the car. i would highly recomend herb chambers of braintree to all my family and friends. christine, scot, and rich are a credit to the dealership along with the rest of the staff.

Scot was as accommodating as he could be. We enjoyed working with him to find the perfect auto (except for the color). He was very knowledgeable.

i would like to thank jeff and mohamed for all the help they gave us. on july 3 2011 we had a terrible isedent at our home where my new 2001 ford escape limited got totled. thanks to jeff and mohamed we got a 2008 edge with 16,000 miles on it and we think it i a great car. jeff and mohamed should be highly commend for there woke with us. thank mike scott

Scot Cox and the employees at Herb Chambers Ford of Braintree worked with me to find me my perfect vehicle. I had just moved to Quincy from NYC and I needed a car to commute to work. I had a budget, and they worked with me to find me the best car to fit my needs. The employees were all very professional. Scot took the time to show me how to use the technology in my vehicle before I drove off the lot. The financing process went very smoothly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Scott, and the entire Herb Chambers team, were friendly, professional and truly listened to what our needs were in a new vehicle. My husband and I just got a 2008 Ford Explorer from this dealership and we could not be happier with everyone we worked with. Paul Hernandez who handled our sale was the best I have ever dealt with. Never once did we feel like we were being talked into something or that what he was saying was fake as with other dealerships. He was so set on making us happy and going out of his way for us in everyway possible. I dealt with Lisa Chamberlain via email for a few weeks before actually coming down and she was great. She would email me back so quick with all the info i needed. I never had to wait for a response from her. Also Mohamed Metway the general sales manager did all he could for us as well especially when it came to pricing and finances. He was very funny and made it fun to wait around for the paperwork to be done. Whenever purchasing a car you have to plan on waiting and being patient and everyone there was so great and just happy and laughing and talking to us and even entertaining our 2 young children. Miguel Silva in Financial Services was also so helpful and professional. He helped get us out as quickly as possible and with 2 little kids that was great. You go to this dealership and you automatically feel like you made friends with these people and they never ever made us feel that it was because of the sale that they were this friendly. They genuinely seem to care about every person that walks through the door. Great place....Thanks for everything.

We walked into the dealership looking at used Fusions and Escapes and we were greeted by Walter. We started to discuss the possiblity of leasing a new vehicle but I really wanted a black car, something they didnt have at the time. When we couldn't figure out what we wanted we ended up parting ways. Then we ended up deciding to buy a new 2012 Ford Fusion and after having a poor experience at another dealership we continued to looks. Then we were contacted by Walter who informed us that they had recieved a new 2012 Black Ford Fusion into stock so we headed back down to Herb Chambers and Walter helped us every step of the way. Nice guy, honest, and was just truly a pleasure to work with. Im glad we could bring our buisness there!
