Walter G was great! My family and I needed a safe car for our newborn daughter and that is exactly what Walter G showed us. He was very efficient with us even though he was dealing with another customer (I can see why he would have multiple customers!). Walter G cared about my daughters safety and choose the right car for us. He helped with the price too! He was great! My daughter will no doubt be safe! Thank you Walter!

Felix had great knowledge of the car that i bought, he took time to explain things to me, he made me comfortable about buying the car and he followed up with me to see how i am doing with the car, he did an excellent job overrall and i had a wonderful experience at the dealership.

He was great and very friendly. He is a true professional. Would recommend him to others. He answer all my question. He gave a wonderful demo drive. He gave me time to make up my mind. I was not pressure in making an immediate decision unlike another dealership visited before meeting "Felix".

The entire experience from the time we walked into the dealership to look for a Fusion Hybrid to driving our new car off the lot was very efficient and pleasant. They were willing to spend the time we needed at all steps. Felix was on top of things, very responsive, called to follow-up in a timely way. We never felt pressured into purchasing something we didn't want or need on our new vehicle.

My husband and I met Walter shortly in the parking lot, we were just shopping around but we werent buying at that point but Walter came right over asked us if we needed any help he wasnt pushy or annoying like the Boch dealership on Route 1. Walter was wonderful, we will be going back in a couple of months and we are absolutely going to buy off of him. And he is a Iraq Veteran and was in the Army so I thought that was great considering my husband is a Marine. Thank you so much Walter for help and your service and time serving our country.

My wife and I have puchased two other vehicles in the past from this dealership, so we decided we would look here first when we needed a replacement vehicle. Felix met us in the lot and was an extremely polite and friendly sales person. He made us feel comfortable and had great knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. So far I am satisfied with the vehicle that was purchased. Overall, a very good experience. Would definitely refer and go back.

Shatoya was very friendly, and tried to help me as best she could. They were short staffed on the night I picked up the vehicle, so she was scrambling around doing everything she could to satisfy my needs, and to speak with any incoming customers. She was very patient with me, I am not a quick decision maker.

Best car experience I've ever had the guys at Herb chambers were very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to the dealership not quite sure what I was looking for, when I was greeted by a salesman named Sean he sat me down asked a couple simple questions and we found out that a ford fusion was exactly what I needed and wanted. The sales manager Paul and the finance manager Miguel both helped seal the deal. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
