Another job well done at Herb Chambers service Dept in Braintree. Marcelo is highly knowledgeable and is also extremely polite and friendly. A refreshing combination in this world that seems to be filled with negativity lately. I think Marcelo learned from the best, his manager’Jay Larkin. Now Jay is the epitome of all those qualities and makes a customer feel welcome and appreciated. Jay will take the time to ask you about you and your family and what your plans are for the weekend etc. I wouldn’t bother writing this little dissertation, but feel that they deserve a little Cudos for the extra care they give you!
