Brad Sollitto at VITI MERCEDES

I want to express my great satisfaction with Brad Sollitto and his exceptional attention to detail when we worked with him. My wife and I have bought three cars from Brad at Viti Mercedes and each time we have dealt with him he has shown respect and thoughtfulness as well as professionalism in our dealings. I have recommended friends and family to seek him out and work with only him when they have been interested in purchasing Mercedes. The dealership has been extremely cooperative and he especially has represented them very well.

Great experience

Great experience, this is the second lease with Viti thanks to Brad Sollitto. He was very friendly and knowledgable and got the deal done. I will be coming back in the future. Would highly recommend.

I now love car buying

I feel that I am like most people and love getting a new car, but hate the buying process. That has totally changed with my latest purchase at Viti Mercedes. Brad Sollitto was our sales person and from the moment he said hello to the follow-up phone calls after delivery, he was absolutely amazing. No Pressure, No trying to sell us something more than we needed, No cheesy sales lines... He knew the car inside and out, knew and understood our budget and needs and worked to find us the car that fit. Was more than patient with us with our millions of questions and never for a single second tried to rush us into making a decision. He turned everything that we had always thought about a car salesperson and turned it on its head! He was everything that we could have hoped for... I guess that is the Viti way, because from service to the General manager, every person that we dealt with was equally nice and efficient. They understand that as a customer, we have a lot of choices.. but for me the choice is clear..... I am going to call Brad when I need a new car and I can rest assured that I will be treated as a valued customer and not just another potential commission. I don't write many of these reviews, but for Brad and Viti.. I am happy to do it...

Very attentive and professional!!!

Bought a CPO Benz this year and I couldn't have been happier buying through Kerri at Viti. She was professional and knowledge as well as personable. I would highly recommend her and this dealer to anyone.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Viti, Inc. has a great service team. If I was stuck on the side of the road the Service Adviser Sue would send a helicopter to get me. When you have a problem it is nice to have someone go the extra mile to make sure you are safe and that roadside assistance is on the way to you. Its reassuring to have someone on the other end of the phone that you know will get you the help you need. The dealership is very clean, the sales personnel are professional and courteous and treat you as if you are their only customer. I would recommend Viti, Inc. to my friends and family members considering that I have purchased 3 vehicles for myself and my daughter has purchased 2.

Viti always does a great job

My family just leased our second car through Viti and it was a quick/simple process as always. Our salesperson Krista Maritz is always there to help and everything went smooth.

better than an oil change

I made an appointment at Viti for an oil change on my Mercedes.300. Once there my service manager explained that it was "B" service and would cost about $600. Not expecting the higher costs, I said, why don't you sell me another certified car and not change the oil. I was quickly introduced to Brad Sollitto, who listened to my car requirements.Within a few minutes I was sitting in a white ML350. After a short drive I felt that this was the car for me. It was the only car I looked at on the lot. The whole transaction took under an hour. After purchasing the car, Brad gave me a very complete instructions on the controls. He was also very attentive when I later returned with more questions. Buying my ML from Brad was probably the less stressful car purchase I have made in my lifetime.

Very satisfied with my purchase

Krista was great from the beginning to the end. She is very knowledge about the cars she sells. She was enthusiastic and sincere. She went above and beyond when we needed the car delivered to our home. I would not go anywhere else but back to Viti to buy another MB.
