Louis was very professional and met me at the door he went above and beyond to find a jeep for me. Louis also spent extra time showing me the features and how to use them. This meant a lot because he took the time to show me even after all was said and done . Amazing guy and well done .

My first visit with my wrangler.

My first visit with my wrangler. I found the service person ( the employee that greeted me promptly) to be professional and a pleasure to work with. I was there for a state inspection and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. But I found a glob of grease on my fender. The mechanic needs to be more aware of his work surroundings.

Annie was excellent.

Annie was excellent. She helped us find the exact car we wanted and made sure it was gone through and cleaned. The entire process was fast. When a minor issue came up she resolved it immediately. We would recommend the dealership and Annie to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate the purchase from her again in the future.

This dealership has always had issues with customer

This dealership has always had issues with customer service. Service department is pretty good, however sales is very lacking. The lack of care with calling back customers, lack of information, and how “they only do buyouts during the weekdays” is absolutely ridiculous. You get jerked around with information.
