They didn't notice a warning light so that means the car needs additional service. Then after I pointed it out, they took off a cover but did not replace it.

The service advisors handled the service poorly and the technician could not give a straight answer to why my ac started having a smell after being brought to the dealership the service advisor merely stood there and she did not get accurate information either a clear waste of my time and the issue has not been resolved

Last year in early April 2021, I began my path to renew my dream of owning a new 911. I have been saving now for almost 20 years since the selling my 1996 993 to help support family life and save the dream for a later time. After much research the new Porsche model 2022 992 would now fill that dream. I decided that I would buy new and design my perfect vehicle. Edmond Gebara, my sales professional and I made contact and had a great time working together for the next 3 months in tweaking the final build to create that life long dream. Edmond put me in contact with Cain Bochter, the Vehicle Personalization Manager at Porsche North America to help with selection of the Sport Blue deviated stitching and leather interior options I was interested in and he flew in samples from Germany. It was exactly what I was looking for to make the car interior along with carbon fiber accents my own! The exterior color in Gentian Blue Metallic and number of great additional options I was ready to create my final configuration. In November 2021 I received the allocation with a early spring production date. Excitement increased when I received word the vehicle was produced and was set to sail on the Felicity Ace by the Porsche tracking system. Well to everyone's shock I was now delayed due to this ship catching fire and sinking in the Atlantic; 400 miles from the Azores Islands and 10 days from making port in the United States. Thank God all ship-hands were rescued! Porsche again showed it professional standards and in-turned remade the 1600 new vehicles to replace those lost in record time that included delivery of my dream on July 24, 2022. These efforts from Germany, Porsche North America and the Jim Ellis family was always outstanding and supportive in every possible way. The remake also gave me time to add a few additional options and to save a few more down payment dollars. I also want to thank Brian Westbrook their financial manager on his great organization on getting me the final numbers and the timely info on dealer options, extended warranties, maintenance programs and interior and exterior protection products as the vehicle made port in Jacksonville, Florida. Closing went smoothly and I am a proud owner of my dream car and I feel like family at a great dealership and own one of the best manufacted of automobiles in the world! Thank you Ferry Porsche!
